Yes you can!  I can show you homes from the high 100's to the high 200's, all with Bend addresses.  And if you are interested in Redmond, Prineville, LaPine, or Madras, they just get lower and lower.  And remember, I have lived here MUCH longer than the average realtor, many of whom moved here during the boom of 2004-2006 and may move on to the next "Hot market" as soon as they have depleted their bank reserves, so I know the area and the ups and downs of local neighborhoods.
